Return Shipping

We kindly offer a return shipping label for any returns received within 30 days after your order is received. To get a return label, please drop us an email at customer@shcoatex.com. Please note that if the return label is not used within 7 calendar days after it is issued, the return process must be restarted within the 30 day period. If you place an order as “Express“ before 12PM EST, we can reasonably assure that it will be shipped on the same day. However, if you place an order on Friday at 12PM to Sunday, it will be shipped on the next business day, which is Monday.
